For Certified Iyengar® Yoga Teachers of all levels.
 
Come and join us again for IYFDKs annual Teachers Workshop with Sheila Haswell, June 27-29th 2025, at Yoga ved Søerne, Nørrebrogade 5, baghuset 1 sal, 2200 Kbh N.
 
 
Sheila will deepen our understanding of asanas from Level 1, 2 and 3. There will be emphasis on strengthening our understanding of how to link asanas between the levels. We are expecting an explorative and inspiring weekend!
 
Timing:
Friday 17-19
Saturday 10-13 & 15-17
Sunday 9-12

About Sheila
Sheila Haswell has been teaching Iyengar Yoga since 1980, and her long experience and warm interest for the subject shines out in her teaching. She is compassionate and friendly, yet also a demanding teacher, with a good portion of humor. She has been training teachers since 1996 and qualified at Senior Intermediate level 3 in 2000.

Sheila is a Moderator and Assessor for the Iyengar Yoga association of the UK and serves on numerous committees. Some of you will have met Sheila’s mother, Lilian Biggs, who was one of the first English Senior teachers to bring Iyengar Yoga teacher training to Denmark.
