Det er med stor glæde at vi for anden gang kan byde velkommen til Inga Zimbalista som gæstelærer til vores workshop i forbindelse med generalforsamlingsweekenden.

Inga bor i Israel hvor hun driver sit eget yogacenter i det sydlige Tel Aviv. Hun er certificeret Level 3 og har i mange år studeret under Corine og Faeq Biria og også jævnligt på RIMYI i Pune. Inga har desuden en stor interesse for bland andet Ayurveda.
 
Inga har en umiddelbarhed, friskhed og entusiasme i sin undervisning. Hendes klare og strukturerede, men også legende tilgang til Iyengar ® Yoga betyder, at du som yogastuderende bliver udfordret og inspireret i din praksis.
 
Hun har et skarpt blik for korrektioner og meget kyndige hænder til at guide én i stillingerne. Og sidst med ikke mindst inkorporerer hun yogafilosofi og yogiske principper i sin undervisning på en meget klar og tilgængelig måde.

Yogaudstyr: Du skal som minimum medbringe egen yogamåtte, tæpper efter behov, 1-2 bælter og klodser og hvis muligt pølle. Der vil være eksta udstyr til rådighed, inkl. stole og mulighed for at låne.

Faciliteter og overnatning: Der er mulighed for overnatning i yogasalen til kr 100,- pr nat eller i B&B faciliteter i henhold til tilgængelighed. It is with great pleasure that we for the second time welcome Inga Zimbalista as our guest teacher for the workshop in connection with the general assembly weekend.
 
 
Inga lives in Israel where she runs her own yoga center in southern Tel Aviv. She is certified Level 3 and has studied under Corine and Faeq Biria for many years and also regularly at RIMYI in Pune. Inga also has a great interest in Ayurveda, among other things.
 
Inga has an immediacy, freshness and enthusiasm in her teaching. Her clear and structured, but also playful approach to Iyengar ® Yoga means that you as a yoga student will be challenged and inspired in your practice.
 
She has a sharp eye for corrections and very knowledgeable hands to guide you in the the poses. And last but not least, she incorporates yoga philosophy and yogic principles into her teaching in a very clear and accessible way.
 
We look forward to an exciting reunion!

Props: 
You must as a minimum bring your own yogamat, blankets according to your needs, 1-2 belts and block and if possible a bolster. There will be some extra equipment available and a possiblilty to borrow (including chairs).
